The phone is answered around the clock
The line on this site is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included. Damage does not keep business hours and neither does the phone.
Nothing to pay for being connected
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
Insured, credentialled and nearby
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds whatever licences, registrations and permits this trade and Louisiana require for the job, carries its own insurance, and actually works in Bossier City. Ask to see the paperwork before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
One call fixes a bad match
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
The part this service cannot promise
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
